When will my order arrive?
Please allow an estimated 3–5 business days total for processing and delivery, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier delays can affect delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard U.S. shipping is $8 USD and is free on eligible orders of $70 USD or more. Express shipping is $15 USD. The methods and final charge available for your order and address are confirmed at checkout.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, shipping updates are sent using the contact information provided with your order. Contact us with your order number if you need help finding an update.
How long do I have to request a return?
Contact LuxEra within 7 days after delivery to request a return. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can review eligibility and provide the return steps.
Who pays for return postage?
LuxEra covers return postage for eligible returns. Contact us to arrange postage and confirm where to send the item before you return it.
What condition must a return be in?
Items should be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with their original tags or packaging. Check the Returns page for eligibility. Contact us separately about a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item.
How are refunds issued?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and reviewed. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.
Does a product include a full matching set?
Check the selected garment option and the purchase note on the product page. Coordinating Separates are sold as individual pieces. Where a product offers sets and separates, only options explicitly labeled as a 2-piece set include both pieces. Photos may show pieces styled together.
How do I choose my size?
Read the size options and any measurements shown for the specific product; labels can vary between styles. If you are unsure, send us the product name and the size you are considering before ordering.
Can I change my order or delivery address?
Contact us as soon as you notice an error and include your order number and the change you need. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
What if an item is damaged, incorrect or missing?
Contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Keep the packaging and any helpful photos so we can review what happened.
How should I wash and care for my item?
Follow the care label attached to your item and any product-specific care instructions. If the label is missing or unclear, contact us before washing.
