We aim to present product descriptions, images, colors and pricing as accurately as possible. Display settings and photography may cause colors or details to appear slightly different in person.

Orders and availability

Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details. If an item is unavailable, a price is incorrect or another issue prevents fulfillment, we will contact you. We will not substitute items or increase an agreed charge without your consent. If we cancel an order, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any applicable shipping charges.

Pricing and promotions

Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store. Your checkout shows the order total, including applicable taxes, shipping and discounts, before payment. Future price changes do not change a completed order.

Shipping and returns

Allow an estimated 3–5 business days total for processing and delivery, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping methods and any charges are shown at checkout. See our Shipping page for details.

Request a return within 7 days after delivery. Eligible items must meet the conditions on our Returns page. LuxEra Style covers return postage; contact us before sending an item back. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and reviewed.

Store branding, graphics, photographs, written content and other site materials may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission unless otherwise allowed by law.
