Shipping

Processing and delivery

Please allow an estimated 3–5 business days total from placing your order for processing and delivery. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Carrier delays may affect delivery.

Shipping costs

Standard U.S. shipping is $8 USD, with free standard shipping on eligible orders of $70 USD or more. Express shipping is $15 USD. Available methods and the final shipping charge are confirmed at checkout for your address and order.

Tracking

When tracking is available, shipping updates are sent using the contact information provided with your order.

Delays and delivery issues

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund. For a delayed, lost or incorrectly delivered package, contact us with your order number so we can help.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.
